I am excited to be the Career Coach for LHS.  My goal as the Career Coach is to help expose, prepare and connect our students at LHS to jobs and employment opportunities in DeSoto County.  

I am originally from Kansas City, Mo and moved to DeSoto County in 2004.  I graduated with a double Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Secondary Business Education from Northwest Missouri State University.  After traveling for a National Sorority as a Chapter Consultant, I made the decision to attend Graduate School.  I landed at the University of Mississippi and graduated with a Masters in Higher Education Administration in 2004. 

I am married to Trey (HLHS grad) who works as St. Jude and we have two children, Tyler and Whitney, and a sweet boxer, Laila.  While in DC I have worked for Youth Villages and for DeSoto County Schools at Center Hill High School and the Juvenile Detention Center.
